CANCELATION POLICY
All Cancelations will be Charged a 20% restocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping rates will be determined by destination.
ALL FIREARMS MUST AND CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO A FFL HOLDER.
Firearm orders will not be placed in que to ship until a registered FFL is chosen and they have forwarded the proper credentials.
It is the customers responsibility to know and understand the laws of your state.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems with the firearm, you must refer to the Manufacturers Warranty. If you need assistance with returning a firearm to manufacturer for warranty/repair work Shoota's Mark will be happy to assist.
-For non-firearm or non-ammunition returns-
The return period is 30 days from purchase and must be returned with original receipt and packaging. Refunds will be returned through original payment method.
In the event the product is defective , please refer to the manufacturers warranty. All returns and or exchanges are handle at the discretion of the management.
